Wuling Launches Nano EV with “Free Two Go” Design

Wuling has launched the Nano EV, its two-seat electric vehicle with a practical “Free Two Go” design that matches the needs of today’s independent younger generation and couples who enjoy the fun of traveling.

The Nano EV is a compact 2,497 millimeters long, 1,526 millimeters wide and 1,616 millimeters high, with a 1,600-millimeter wheelbase. Its size and turning radius of 3.8 meters make it ideal for urban commuters – enabling them to get in and out of tight spaces.

Four popular colors – E-Sports White, Hip-Hop Blue, Hip-Hop Yellow and Digital Gray – match the Nano EV’s smart style. They echo its simple and comfortable interior, which has multiple ingenious spaces to meet diverse storage needs.

The Nano EV generates 24 kW of maximum power and 85 Nm of maximum torque. It has a range of up to 305 kilometers on a single charge. With an optional 6.6-kW high-powered fast charger, the Nano EV can be fully charged in 4.5 hours.

The model is equipped with the BMS intelligent battery management system, as well as low-temperature pre-heating technology and battery insulation to protect winter battery life. The battery’s functions can even be remotely monitored via a smartphone app.

Further enhancing safety, more than 40% of the Nano EV’s body consists of high-strength steel and high-strength hot-formed steel. It also comes with electronic stability control, electronic brake-force distribution, hill-start assist control, the tire pressure monitoring system and reversing radar.

The three versions of the Wuling Nano EV are priced between RMB 49,800 and RMB 59,800.
