VAUXHALL COMBO CARGO NAMED BEST SMALL DELIVERY VAN AT BUSINESS VANS 2020 AWARDS

The Vauxhall Combo Cargo has been named the Best Small Delivery Van at the Business Vans 2020 Awards.

The Business Vans judges were impressed with the Vauxhall Combo Cargo’s class-leading fuel economy and high payload capacity. Under WLTP testing, the Vauxhall Combo Cargo achieves up to 68.8mpg and emissions as low as 107g/km CO₂. With a payload up to 1,002kg, the Combo Cargo is an ideal choice for businesses and trades looking for a compact but efficient van.

The Business Vans Awards are now in their sixth year and represent the almost six million businesses operating in the small-to-medium van sector. The Awards are judged independently by experts to ensure impartiality and credibility.

The Combo Cargo model is built on an entirely new architecture and is available in a range of variants, including short wheelbase, long wheelbase and a spacious crew cab. It out-performs most of its main competitors with a load volume of up to 4.4m³, a payload of up to 1,002kg and a loading length of up to 3,440mm.

Vauxhall’s LCV sales were buoyed last year by 20 top award wins from leading magazines such as Auto Express, What Van? and Parkers, of which the Combo Cargo won 15. So far in 2020, the van helped Vauxhall scoop Light Van of the Year Award in the What Van Awards and Small Van of the Year at the Company Car and Van Awards.
