Volkswagen of America, Inc. is proud to announce that Cars.com has named the 2023 Volkswagen Taos S with IQ.DRIVE Package and Tiguan S with IQ.DRIVE® Package to the site’s Affordability Report: 2023 Best Value New Cars. Cars.com’s list identifies the most affordable new-car models in four categories—small SUVs, EVs and PHEVs, small pickup trucks, and cars—that offer the best value for the price. More than 70 in-market vehicles were evaluated by model, trim, features and first-year fuel costs, and compared against the median price for each category.
“We’re thrilled to see Taos and Tiguan recognized by Cars.com for the value they bring to customers,” said Hein Schafer, Senior Vice President, Product Marketing & Strategy, Volkswagen of America, Inc. “Taos and Tiguan were designed with spacious packaging, key safety-enhancing and driver assistance features, and great driving dynamics—all at a great price. We are also proud that these vehicles are not only affordable to purchase, but also affordable to own.”
